DW 독일어 듣기 공부

 Babbel이나 교재만으로 듣기 공부가 부족하다고 느낄때가 있다. 나의 경우에는 학습자료를 이용한 듣기만으로는 부족하다고 느꼈기 때문에 독일어에 나를 더 노출시킬 수 있는 환경을 원했고 여기저기 찾아보다가 DW podcast를 알게 되었다.

 Sometimes I feel lack of listening practice. In my case I thought I'm lacking of listening experience with Babbel and my learning materials. I wanted me to be more exposed by German. After searching here and there I found DW podcast

 영어공부를 할때 BBC나 CNN같은 사이트를 이용하는 것과 비슷하다. 영어공부를 할때는 주위에서 영어를 접할 환경이 많아 굳이 CNN이나 BBC까지 이용하지 않았는데(열정이 부족했던걸지도) 독일어 공부에는 DW가 절실했다. 

 초보자는 바로 뉴스를 듣기가 힘들다. DW에서는 독일어를 배우고 싶어하는 사람들을 위한 학습자료를 따로 제공하고 있다. LEARN GERMAN에 들어가면 다음과 같이 학습자료를 찾을수 있다.

 It's similar with you're using CNN and BBC when you're studying English. While I study English I was able to be exposed by English. I hadn't to use CNN and BBC (I think.. I was lack of passion). I really need DW for learning German.

 Beginners are hard to listen news at first. DW provides 'LEARN GERMAN' who want to learn German. You can find some materials in there.

 OUR COURSES SORTED BY LEVEL 에서 자신에게 맞는 수준의 학습자료를 찾을수 있다. 처음 시작하는 사람들은 주로 Deutsch, Warum nicht? 와 Audiotrainer 를 통하여 공부하는 듯 하다. 나도 이 두가지를 이용하고 있다. 그 이외에도 다양한 주제를 아우르는 다른 컨텐츠가 많으니 관심사에 따라 찾아보고 이용하면 될듯 :) 뉴스를 듣기 원하는 사람은 Langsam gesprochene Nachrichten 을 이용할것. 뉴스를 독일어로 느리게 읽어준다.

 You can find materials you need in OUR COURSES SORTED BY LEVEL. Beginners usually start with Deutsch - warum nicht? and Audiotrainer. I'm using both of it. There are many other materials dealing variety of topic. You should check it. Langsam gesprochene Nachrichten is slow reading news in German.

1. Deutsch - warum nicht?

 매 화 약 12분의 에피소드로 구성된 26화짜리의 오디오 드라마다. 매 화마다 대화가 있고, 그 대화에서 사용된 문법을 설명해주며, 각각의 대사들도 설명해준다. 대화는 독일어, 설명해주는 부분은 영어로 되어있다. 아이튠즈 등 팟캐스트를 구독하는 프로그램을 통해 구독하거나 홈페이지에서 직접 mp3파일을 다운받을수 있으며 홈페이지에서 스크립트를 제공한다.

 멍때리거나 할일이 없을때 틀어놓기 좋은 팟캐스트다. A1부터 B1까지의 수준을 아우르므로 내용이 딱히 어렵지도 않다.

 Each episode is about 12 minutes, and whole series is made of 26 episodes. It's kind of Audio drama. In each episode, there is conversation, there is explanation of grammar used in conversation, explanation of each sentences in conversation. Conversation is German, explanation is English. You can reach by iTunes or other podcast-supporting program or just in DW website. DW website provides script.

2. Audiotrainer

받아쓰기다. 다른 분의 블로그에서 받아쓰기가 듣기 공부에는 직빵이라는 얘기를 듣고 해봤는데 효과가 매우 좋았다. 막 Babbel에서 A2코스를 끝내고 읽으면서 이해는 가능했지만 들으면서는 거의 이해가 불가능했던 때가 있는데 오디오트레이너를 시작하고나서 훨씬 들으면서 이해하기가 쉬워졌다. 마찬가지로 받아쓰기를 위한 핸드아웃을 홈페이지에서 다운받을수 있다.

 It's a dictation. I knew this from other blog. He said 'Dictation is the fastest way to improve your listening', and I tried. It was powerful. After I finished A2 course in Babbel. I was able to understand by reading, but I couldn't understand by listening at all. Since I started Audiotrainer it gets much more easier to understand.
